We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include original packaging
  • Have proof of purchase
  • Must have unboxing video 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.


No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Only replacement is available for valid cases.

Damaged / Wrong Item

Check your order immediately after delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong — contact us within 7 days.

Wait too long, and the door closes.


Non-Replacement Items

We do not offer replacement for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personal care products (if opened)

Exchanges

No direct exchanges.
If eligible, we will replace the item with the same product only.
